 KRJ reviews invoices presented to our clients by other utilities, excavators. or insurance companies.  

 Following notification of a damage, KRJ will invoice the responsible party and pursue recovery.   

 We will investigate the cause of the aerial damage as well as research the laws for aerial heights and invoice accordingly.

We handle procurement of all documentation necessary to support our recovery efforts, to include police reports, fire reports, permit and locate information, or any other skip tracing needs. 

 Professional but effective debt collection for delinquent accounts.  

 We partner with attorneys who specialize in utility and tort law in those instances where arbitration, mediation and litigation are necessary.
